Limited Edition Reproduction of a "Popeye" Animation Cel
Item Details
A 1999 limited edition offset lithograph reproduction of an original animation cel illustrated by very well-listed American animator Myron Waldman (1908 – 2006), titled Nice Catch! from the animated cartoon Popeye. The print depicts Popeye stopping a baseball that is about to crash through a pane of glass he carries across his yard. The print is numbered 555/7500 in gold to the lower left, where a stamp from King Features is also printed. The print is triple-matted in blue, white, and black. It is presented behind glass in a wooden frame with a hanging wire. A certificate of authenticity from Toon Art Inc. is attached to the verso.

- the print is matted slightly unevenly.
