A contemporary Georgian style writing table by Hooker Furniture. The mahogany-finished frame features a rectangular, molded top with crossbanded edges above three aligned drawers with brass tone, bail handles. It rises on four square, molded legs with fretwork returns and molded feet. Labels appear on the interior of one drawer, both marked ‘Hooker’ and one providing further information regarding the finishing process of the piece.
