A hand-knotted wool Tabriz area rug. This rug features a central floral medallion in brown and cream tones on a deep green backdrop. Abaresque patterns fill the rest of the center with a large floral motif at each corner. Foliate designs on a light brown backdrop borders the rug. White fringe appears on either end. There is a label attached to the rug marked, ‘Genuine Hand Woven Oriental Rug’ along with other details.
