A UNICEF Commemorative Cancellation Page with an offset lithograph on paper of Maternal Rhythms an oil painting by Braulio Salazar (Venezuela; 1917-2008). The stamp is a part of the 1980 Flag Series which produced a stamp for each of the countries within the United Nations to benefit UNICEF. The 15¢ stamp depicts a Venezuelan flag on a silver background and is stamped with a date cancellation for its first day of issue, September 26, 1980.
