An original 1943 George Bradshaw (1880-1968) watercolor painting of an old mill. This painting features storm clouds approaching over an old and dilapidated grain mill; with artist signature and date to the lower left. George Bradshaw was a Trenton, New Jersey native, and studied at the Trenton School of Industrial Arts; later becoming a noted illustrator. Mr. Bradshaw’s work can be seen in the Metropolitan Museum of Art; with a larger collection of his etchings housed in the archives of Thomas Edison State College.

Condition

- small dent; edge wear to board; frame is shaky; piece torn out of board top right; any other wear present is consistent with age and use
