A power-loomed Kerman style rug. This palace-size wool rug features an allover design of densely patterned sprays of flowers over a cream field. The rug has broken, reciprocal borders extending from the field to the edges in a palette of cream, shades of blue, and shades of pink, with a panoply of highlight colors. The rug has overcast edges and ends in applied cotton fringe. It is unmarked.
