A framed oil painting on canvas of a leisurely Impressionist landscape. This work features a finely dressed woman walking with a red umbrella on a dirt path leading to a small white vinyl-faced shack. The shack is surrounded by leafy tees and a vibrant green grassy ground. Another small house is partially visible to the right, and hills are faintly visible in the distant background. With dabs of color, painterly brushstrokes, and areas of thick impasto, the artist provides an Impressionist portrayal of the scene. No signature was found on the work. The painting is presented in a distressed gold-tone wood frame with the design featuring a few simple, widely-space protrusions .

- craquelure and creases in various areas throughout canvas; wear to frame includes chips throughout edges; discoloration and stains throughout frame; canvas needs securing in frame; small white stains to lower center, lower left, and upper left areas of composition.
