Circa 1895 Seth Thomas Mantel Clock

Item Details

An antique Seth Thomas mantel clock circa 1895. This clock features their signature Adamantine finish, ornate brass capped feet, and a glass door with a beaded brass rim which opens to reveal a brass face with black Arabic numbers. The dial is heavily adorned and has black hands at its center. The back side of clock has some of the original label and a black metal door to cover the inside mechanisms. Also includes two winding keys. Clock is not running.

Condition

Wear is consistent with age and use; some chips in the veneer noted along edges; dented metal dial door frame; key included; clock not in working condition
