Included are eight salad forks, eight teaspoons, three orange spoons, four round bowl soup spoons, four oyster forks, four butter servers, four ice cream fork, a large jelly spoon, four forks, a berry spoon, a bon bon spoon, four iced tea spoons, eight demitasse spoons, a cracker spoon, a tablespoon, a pie server, a gravy ladle, a sugar spoon, and a small ladle, a casserole server, and a cake slicer. Also included, but not included in the weight due to hollow handles and stainless elements, are four knives, a butter server, four steak knives, four seafood knives, and a cake server. Total approximate weight, excluding pieces with non-sterling elements, is 85.109 ozt.
