A collection of one-page Walt Disney cartoons published in Good Housekeeping in the late 1930s and early 1940s, primarily promotional preview pages with summaries of Donald Duck, Goofy or Mickey Mouse short films in color illustrations and verse. This collection includes cartoons starring Donald, Goofy, or Donald and Goofy together, with some cartoons also featuring Mickey Mouse or Huey, Dewey and Louie. This collection of twenty-two cartoons, with two copies of ‘Put-Put Troubles’ for a total of twenty-three pages, includes titles such as ‘The Art of Self-Defense,’ ’Donald’s Golf Game,’ ’Donald’s Cousin Gus,’ ‘Antarctic Trappers’ and more.

Condition

- pencil marks, edge wear and minor tears to some pages; water damage to “Donald’s Garden”; minor wear and toning throughout consistent with age.
