A sterling silver London souvenir spoon by Cornelius Saunders & Francis Shepherd (established 1894). This spoon features a thin handle with a spiral design to the center and a depiction of the city of London to the tip. The bowl is etched London. The handle is stamped with the Cornelius Saunders & Francis Shepherd maker’s mark, along with hallmarks representing a passant lion, the Chester, England shield, and a Gothic style ‘D’. The ‘D’ mark dates the spoon to 1904. The approximate weight is 0.410 ozt.
