Mottahedeh Teapot
Item Details
A Mottahedeh porcelain teapot with blue flowers and multicolored butterflies, the trim of the lid features a teal border. The pattern was adapted from a Chinese bowl from the K’ang Hsi period and was in the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The bottom of the teapot is marked Mottahedeh Vista Alegre Portugal’.
