A framed oil painting by Dutch artist Jos Rovers (1893-1976), best known for his landscapes and city scenes. The abstract print features rowboats floating along a shoreline lined with houses in shades of yellow, brown, cream, navy, and olive. The artwork is signed by the artist in ink at the bottom right margin. The piece has a tan linen mat and is housed in a dark wood composite frame with a wire for hanging to the verso.

- some nicks and scratches to frame.
