Neoclassical Style Fireplace Fender

Item Details

A Neoclassical style fireplace fender. To either side are cherubic figures with a chalice in their hands, cloth covering their laps, and grape vines woven into their hair. There is a bar running between the plinths the cherubs sit on with a decoration to the middle and a carved base running beneath it. This piece is unmarked.

Condition

- some chipping, finish worn in some places.
