A hand knotted semi-antique sculpted Chinese area rug. The rug is woven in intense teal green field with center medallion and floral motif in palette of rose, cream, apricot, dusty purple and light green. It features two borders with cream and tan backgrounds. The rug is unmarked and has natural cotton warp fringe. The symmetrical center medallion includes a Chinese symbol, butterflies and flowers motifs.
