A 14K yellow gold pocket watch with an 18K yellow gold chain. The chain is 14.5-in long and has a German commemorative gold medal struck by Bayer Staatsmunze. The medal features a bust of German engineer Heinrich Gerber (1832-1912) to the obverse. The reverse bears the inscription “Hundert Jahre (One Hundred Years) 1860-1960 M.A.N. (Maschinenfabrik Augsburg Nürnberg) Werk Gustavburg”. The edge of the medal is inscribed “Bayer Staats Munze 900 F”. The watch case is marked multiple times from different watch makers showing when it was serviced. The watch has a gold tone face and little red jewels around as a border. The medal is composed of .900 fine gold, measures 22.58 mm in diameter, is 1.34 mm thick, weighing 5.5 dwt.
