S. Tabler Aquatints "Ghostly Fortress", "Forgotten Door" and "Abbey Ruins"

A triptych of limited edition aquatints by S. Tabler. Each work is a romanticized Gothic depiction of medieval ruins, in sepia tones against the cream of the wove paper. Ghostly Fortress is numbered three out of an edition of twenty-five, Forgotton Door is number ten out of twenty-five and Abby Ruins is number eleven out of twenty-five. All three are numbered, titled, and signed ‘S. Tabler’ along the bottom. They are mounted within a white mat that features embossed detailing, and presented under acrylic glass in a metal frame wired for hanging.
Condition
- fair; abrasions and scratches are present to the frame; the back of the of the piece shows some significant foxing.
Dimensions
- measures frame; measurement of plate marks of smallest print 3.75" W x 5.0" H and tallest print 2.75" W x 10.5" H.
