A wall tapestry of an original painting by Russian artist Vladimir Stroozer from the Windows of the World Series. This cotton tapestry depicts a still life filled with stringed instruments, sheet music, tapestries, and flowers occupying an interior setting with a window overlooking a Venice canal with the distinctive San Marco Campanile pictured in the background. The main image is surrounded by a botanical scrolling border and the name of the original artist is present to the lower right corner. A loop is present to verso for hanging purposes. Stroozer was born in St. Petersburg, Russia and studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in 1979.
