Sydenstricker Pink Fused Glass Plate

Item Details

A Sydenstricker pink fused glass plate. This handcrafted piece is a flower design to the shallow center well. A band around the center then continues to an elongated ruffled rim with an inset scrolling pattern. Sydenstricker Glass is credited with developing this unique craft of fusing glass with the design in color set between two pieces in the mid-1960s. The piece has an etched ‘Syd’ to the underside.
