Hand Painted Gold Tone Chinese Satsuma Style Urn with Lid

A ceramic Chinese Satsuma style urn. On the hexagonal body are panels with hand painted scenes depicting women in a garden, with ornate, hand painted floral pattern on the other surfaces, both high relief gold tone painted accents. The lid has a center dome with a gold tone bird finial. The gold tone handles flare out at the top. It is stamped ‘Made in China’ in both English and Chinese in red to the underside.
