Early 20th Century Chinese Bowenite Box Butler and Bowl
Item Details
A collection of Pre-WWII Chinese bowenite pieces. This grouping includes a cedar-lined metal humidor with a center bowenite medallion; further accented with the symbols for luck, happiness, prosperity and longevity to the lid. Also featured is an iron ash butler, with a lotus design and bowenite handle; and a small, carved bowenite vessel. Box and butler are simply marked ‘China’ to the bottom.

- patina; residue; minor markings throughout.
