Figurines Including Mexican Figure of Children and Replica of "Gansu Flying Horse"
Item Details
A grouping of figurines with intentional distress. This selection includes two items, featuring a figure of children at play. This piece is labeled ‘Hecho en Mexico’ to the underside. Also featured is a replica of the Gansu Flying Horse bronze sculpture from the Eastern Han dynasty (circa 2nd century CE). It was discovered in Gansu province in 1969. The running horse is depicted treading upon a swallow. It is marked indecipherably and bears an intentional patina.

- some markings and chips throughout; broken pieces to the horse figure.
