Navajo Inspired Pottery Vessels
Item Details
A selection of Navajo inspired pottery vessels. The widest melon bowl is a flat ovoid shape with black designs in linear and geometric shapes starting in the middle with a dark red and changing to white, then purple and blue as it moves outward. The bottom is signed ‘Cindy Lee Navajo.’ The second melon bowl like the first is a flattened ovoid shape with a small opening to the middle. The light pastel colors start to the middle with a light red, turning to a blue, then back to red with interspersed white etched designs. It is marked illegibly to the base. The last is marked ‘UNIPET UPJOHN’ and is red and white with a matching lid and a body marked with multiple black animals.
