An original signed 1868 pencil drawing of Heidelberg Castle. The German drawing depicts the castle ruins, overgrown with vegetation, with buttressed vaults and arches, to the foreground a curved stone wall and large rocks. The piece is signed to the upper left and dated to the right. The drawing is displayed under glass in double mats and narrow gilded frame with decorative border. The piece is wired to the back.
