A signed limited edition 1964 aquatint etching with a la poupée coloring by listed artist Radoran D. Kragnly. This conceptual work displays a deeply pigmented black field interrupted by erratic, atomic-like forms. Below this plate, another image displays two circular shapes, black and red, flanking a black square in which three vague pale circles reside. Printer blind stamp is embossed to the lower right corner. This print is numbered 21 in an edition of 40, dated and signed by the artist in pencil to the lower margin; it is float-mounted on red ground, below glass in a simple black composite frame.
Condition
- discoloration across print, increasing toward outer edges. Finish of frame is worn.
