Salvador Dali Engraving "Autumn"
Item Details
A second edition engraving on paper titled Autumn by well-listed artist Salvador Dalí (Spanish/French, 1904-1989). The work depicts a female figure carrying a basket of fruits on her head. A pair of putti-like figures flank her, one carries a flute and the other carries grapes and ivy. To the lower center, the work is signed in plate. Presented behind glass in a gold tone frame with white matting. Included in the Catalogue Raisonné, “The Official Catalog of the Graphic Works of Salvador Dali” by Albert Field, catalogue field 70-2 on page 56.
Condition
- minor scratches to frame; some stains to mat; some debris between mat and glass; some separation of frame lower corners.
