Victorian Walnut Wall Pocket

Item Details

A Victorian hand carved walnut wall pocket in a tall tapered form with pierced grapevine carvings to the edge, an applied half urn to the top and carved line detail to the front center panel depicting an urn with cattails. The pocket is made with needlepoint to the sides attached with ornate brass tacks and cord trim.

Condition

- fair, has a chip to the top edge of the half urn at the top of the piece.
