Hand-Knotted Iranian Persian Lambs Wool Carpet Runner

A hand-knotted Iranian Persian carpet runner. This rug features elongated floral medallions in shades of blue and gold against an off-white field. The straight lines of the rectilinear field are broken up by arches and points intruding into, and out of, the dark blue and gold scroll and palmette patterned border. Off-white side cords and a white fringe finish the rug. A tag is affixed to the back.
