A Courtland cherry floor clock by Howard Miller. This mechanical timepiece features a cast brass face displaying Arabic numerals with a moon phase dial at the top, and below is a cabinet containing the brass pendulum and three weights which can be viewed through the beveled glass door and glass side panels. The frame is solid cherry with an open dome top and center finial, fluted corbels and a rectangular base with a serpentine apron. This piece’s model number is 610-572, its serial number is MF0033590062, and the chimes play a Westminster melody.
