Colonial Attire Monkey Musician Figurines With Podium
Item Details
A selection of three porcelain monkey figurines wearing Colonial period attire and tricorn hats while playing musical instruments. There is also one podium. They are hand-painted in bright colors with gilt accents and include a bagpipe player, a cellist, and a drummer. They are crafted to resemble and are styled after the Meissen Monkey Band and bear an unknown maker’s mark to the undersides.
