A vintage ‘Dear Little House’ cross stitch sampler presented in a wood frame under non-glare glass. Sampler reads ‘Dear Little House. Dear Shabby Street. Dear books and beds and food to eat. How feeble words are to express the facets of your tenderness. C.M.’ Stitched in a variety of colors with decorative border that has numbers 1 thru 9 down the right side, a depiction of three houses on a street to the bottom, and a small house in the upper right corner. There is a wire to the back for hanging.

Old, Conditions relative to age having darkening of the fabric and some staining present as shown.
