An early American secretary desk crafted by George B. Bent. This desk features two cabinet doors, a pull-down surface revealing compartments, a single drawer with mushroom-shaped wooden knobs, and tapered legs. There is a booklet that comes inside a drawer reading ‘New England Early American Furniture Quality Crafted By George N. Bent Established 1932.’ A metal key is also included in this lot. This piece is composed of two pieces, the upper hutch portion and the secretary.
