Vintage Chinese Footed Carved Mahogany Trunk

Item Details

A vintage Chinese dark stained mahogany trunk with feet. It is heavily carved throughout with birds, flowers, and jungle scenes, and the borders are carved with a repeating floral pattern. It has cabriole claw feet, currently detached. The hinged lid is secured to the front with a gold tone metal flap lock on circular plate.
