Vintage Vinyl Chair by Thonet and Foot Stool by Charlton Co. of Calif.
Item Details
A vintage Mid Century Modern style wooden chair and stool. The chair has a bowed back over a rounded square seat and turned and taper wood legs. The cushions are covered in an orange vinyl and there is a label to the underside which reads ‘Thonet’. Also included is a yellow vinyl upholstered stool in a rectangular shape with linear tufting, resting on four splay legs in a dark walnut stain; a tag to the underside reads ‘Charlton Co. of California, Jun 7, 1965’.
Condition
- to fair; there are previous repairs on the Charlton stool, scratches and heavier wear in places on both; chair is missing the foot caps.
