An original acrylic painting on canvas by Cincinnati artist Robbie Kemper (born 1957). The painting depicts a scribbled composition made of aggressive strokes of blue, white, and black paint set against a white field The painting is signed to lower left, and is unframed with a hanging wire present to verso. Kemper studied art at the University of Cincinnati College of Design, Art, Architecture and Planning, and is currently a studio resident at the Pendleton Art Center in the historic district of Over-the-Rhine, Cincinnati, Ohio.
