Vintage Metal Boxes Including 800 Silver
Item Details
A collection of two decorative metal boxes. This collection includes one box constructed of wood wrapped in 800 silver engraved with the initials ‘R. A. P.’ to the lid. Its interior has multiple smaller divided compartments and it is stamped ‘800’ to the verso. The smaller box is constructed of bronze or copper plate and is etched with a design reminiscent of ancient Persia or Mesopotamia; it is engraved with a dedication to its verso.
Condition
Boxes are tarnished.
