An original acrylic on canvas diptych by Cincinnati artist Robbie Kemper (born 1957) titled Purple Circle Gold Dab. This pair of playful paintings depict circular fields made of vivid purple, pink, and red paint accented with bold metallic gold areas. Both pieces of the diptych are signed in black to their lower left corners and presented without framing. Sawtooth hangers are attached to the verso of each. Kemper studied art at the University of Cincinnati College of Design, Art, Architecture and Planning, and is currently a studio resident at the Pendleton Art Center in the historic district of Over-the-Rhine, Cincinnati, Ohio.
