Item Details
A vintage American Empire style sideboard by Snyder Furniture Co. and a wall mirror. The cherry sideboard features a rectangular top with a rear gallery above three aligned, machine-dovetailed drawers over one long drawer and four cabinet doors. The middle, two-door cabinet opens to a stack of three drawers while the outermost doors conceal vacant interiors. The sideboard rises on undulating stiles continuing to scrolled feet. The four-compartment, flatware drawer retains a label for ‘Snyder Furniture Co. / Grand Rapids / Michigan’. Accompanying the sideboard is a mahogany-stained wall mirror with a rectangular mirror plate.
