An oil painting on canvas titled Fledging 76 III by well-listed artist Beth Hertz (American; b. 1920). Beth Hertz studied with Stanton MacDonald-Wright and was influenced by early 20th-century Synchromism, a modernist American movement that explored the relationship between color and music. Hertz studied at the Art Students League in New York, the Dayton Art Institute, and received her MFA at Ohio University. Her paintings have been collected by museums as well as private and corporate collections in New York, Massachusetts, Ohio, Iowa and California.
