Hand-Colored Engravings After Original Hunting Scenes
Item Details
A pair of hand-colored engravings after original hunting scenes. Included are an engraving by T. Sutherland after Alken’s Full Cry and an engraving after an unknown artist’s work titled St. Albans Grand Steeple Chase: Plate 2. Each print features an embossed border plate mark with inscriptions in the lower margins denoting artist, publisher, and title.
Condition
- smudges visible on prints; pencil inscription to lower right margin; edge wear; some light discoloration and color fading; slight warping to paper edges.
