A first edition offset lithograph proof after Charles Bragg’s Cross Examination. This print depicts a caricature study of a witness taking the stand before a jury looking onward with a serious expression. An in plate signature is seen to the lower right corner of the composition. To the margin is a printed title and written inscription in graphite which denotes this as being a first edition proof. The print is presented under glass beneath a brown mat in a stained wooden frame with hanging wire to the verso.

- piece loose in frame; glass could benefit from dusting; spotting to backing paper of frame.
