An original oil painting on canvas. This landscape work depicts rolling hills and cliffs with dirt path that leads to a cove with sailboats on the water. The piece is signed by the artist to the lower right corner, the signature appears to read ‘J. Didley’. It is presented in a gesso frame with a wire on the verso ready to hang.

Condition

- minor scratches and abrasions on frame; puckering of impasto on small tree on left side; crackling on upper right corner of painting; hair caught in varnish near bottom left corner.
