A vintage Peruzzi signed Italian 800 silver lipstick case with a green chalcedony stone along with a hinged mirror. The dyed green chalcedony is an oval cabochon in shape and measures 10 mm x 8 mm. The case is marked Peruzzi 800 227FI.
