Early 20th Century Secretary Desk

An early 20th century secretary desk. The mixed wood, mahogany-stained case features a rectangular top above a slant front, which opens to a desk interior with pigeonholes and shelves. The writing surface extends over a single, serpentine-front drawer with brass tone knobs and the desk rises on cabriole front legs. The back is stamped ‘MHG / Desk No 983’.
