An original cast paper sculpture titled The Actress by Frank Gallo, this piece was editioned at his studio in Illinois and originally cast in 1984. This piece features a woman with curls wearing a sun hat, with a sharp collared coat draped over her. She is presented in front of a background of carved and textured detailing. The cast paper is signed by the artist at the lower right in ink and etched marked in cast paper ‘GF-604V’ matted over white and encompassed by a gray frame with hanging wire present on its verso.
