Linda Plotkin Limited Edition Color Lithograph "Green Morning"

A signed limited edition color lithograph titled Green Morning by well-listed American painter and printmaker Linda Plotkin (b.1938), who is best known for her abstract landscape, still life and city scenes, that widely range in style, often with monochromatic color schemes. Plotkin’s work has been exhibited at numerous esteemed institutions and museums including the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Museum of Modern Art in New York. This five color lithograph shows a building and two large trees sitting in fields, all executed in green and tan with black outlines. The background sky is blue with white clouds and the entire image is framed with a black border. This piece is pencil signed by the artist in the lower right corner of the image with the title written in the center and is numbered 29 out of an edition of 125 to the lower left. The print is floated on a white background with a single white mat and is housed behind plexiglass in a simple metal frame with a wire for hanging to the verso.
Condition
some scrapes to the frame and minor scratches to the plexiglass. not examined outside the frame.
