A pair of limited edition offset lithograph prints after Paul Sawyier (1865-1917). Hemp Harvest depicts a landscape scene featuring a worker holding hemp in hand and standing next to the brake. It is numbered 2541 out of 3000, copyrighted 1991, and includes a certificate of authenticity from Frankfort Blue Print & Supply Co. of Frankfort, KY. The Hemp Breaker shows the hatted worker pulling hemp through the brake, which was a wooden machine that separated the fibers. The print is numbered 213 out of 500, copyrighted 2007 by Paul Sawyier Galleries of Frankfort, KY, and includes a certificate of authenticity.

Consistent with age. Bends along bottom edge of The Hemp Breaker.
