Item Details
An original Tuska (1931-1998) fiberglass bas-relief sculpture. The sculpture is one of a series titled Embryo and features an abstract, curled up spherical design. The piece is made from fiberglass with a top layer of plaster. The piece is signed in red in the lower right by Tuska. An internationally acclaimed artist, Tuska is known for his painterly depictions of nudes via sculptures, paintings, and reliefs and are highly sought after. His work expresses the influence of the late Impressionist movement of French artist Rodin.
