A 1980s vintage black velvet ruched sleeveless cocktail dress with flat bows at the shoulder straps with square cut neckline on the bodice, zipper down the left side with hook and eye closure and YKK black enameled zipper with ruched sides, and flared hemline with a black netting underlayer. The signature label has been cut out on the interior lining.
