Tuska Illumine Study Bronze Relief Maquette

A set of two bronze relief maquette in the Illumine study by Tuska. The pieces depict a male figure in various poses. Both poses were carefully chosen to portray a sense of movement. The Kentucky based artist was an educator at the University of Kentucky, which commissioned him to produce the bronze figure sculptures Illumine. The piece was created by artist and bears the Tuska signature mark on a plaque to the lower right with the date 1985. The pieces are presented in a black wooden frame with a wire to the verso.
